California Proposition 65 is a law that was established in 1986 that requires businesses to notify their customers about potential exposure to any of over 1000 chemicals that the state of California has determined to be harmful. We provide Proposition 65 warnings for our products.  Any resllers of our products, also have an obligation to convey the same warning to your customers.

We request that you take the necessary steps to ensure that the above warning is appropriately conveyed to your own customers when the products are sold or distributed in California. This may include adding signs or labels to the point of sale or providing the warning text on websites or in catalogs. Failure to provide this warning may result in legal action against you by the State of California or California consumers.
